Upkeep and Preservation of Hope’s Historic & Public Spaces
Ugrades and maintenance to some of Hope's public spaces.
Some of Hope’s public spaces received some much-needed upgrades and maintenance. Hope’s Social Hall, built in 1902, remains an important community structure to this day. They were able to install a new, safer, wood stove to preserve the building for decades to come. They were also able to complete some much-needed maintenance to Hope’s public toilets. With the increasing number of visitors each year, having a well-functioning facility prevents the town from having to deal with the eye sore of rental outhouses.
